Pure nature of the High Tatras with the chimneys of a new, modern factory for artificial silk below. It is 1937 and the Czech business elite is introducing progress to this forgotten region. Helena, the pregnant wife of the factory manager, is trying to find her fortune in this utopian world.
One day the dead body of a newborn baby is found in the factory premises. And while the first republic counter-intelligence searches for the saboteurs, Helena begins her own search. What if we killed the baby? And what if everything we're building here is a lie?
