The life of the brilliant doctor Ondřej Frank (Tomáš Maštalír) turned upside down when the father of a patient who has died in his ward shoots him in the head. He survives the shooting, but loses his memory of the last twelve years of his life. When he wakes up, he struggles to recognise his colleagues, his family and the man he had become. The series produced for TV Nova is based on the real life story of Pierdante Piccioni portrayed in the Italian series Doc nelle tue mani.
